Dental Implants

All-on-4 Implants

A full arch of teeth supported by four implants, a stable, fixed alternative to traditional dentures.

Who All-on-4 fits

All-on-4 is for patients who have lost all or nearly all of the teeth in an arch, or whose remaining teeth are not saveable. Instead of a removable denture, four implants are placed at strategic angles to support a fixed full-arch bridge.

What makes it different

The bridge stays in your mouth full time. You do not take it out at night, you do not use adhesives, and you can clean it like natural teeth. For patients who have struggled with denture stability, the change can be significant.

Honest planning

All-on-4 is a meaningful investment of time and resources. Dr. Youn will walk through whether it is the right fit for your situation, and what more conservative options might look like by comparison.

Questions we hear

Who is a candidate for All-on-4?+
Adults missing all or nearly all of their upper or lower teeth, or whose remaining teeth are not saveable. Even patients with significant bone loss are often candidates because the four implants are placed at strategic angles into the strongest available bone.
Is it really teeth in a day?+
For most patients, yes. A temporary bridge is placed the same day as your implants. The final, permanent bridge is delivered after a few months of healing once the implants have fully integrated.
How does it compare to dentures?+
All-on-4 stays in your mouth full time, gives you most of the chewing strength of natural teeth, slows bone loss, and does not require adhesives. Conventional dentures move when you chew, accelerate bone loss, and need to be relined or replaced periodically. All-on-4 costs more up front, but many patients tell us it is the single best investment they have made.
How do I clean an All-on-4 bridge?+
You brush it like natural teeth and use a water flosser or super-floss to clean underneath. We will demonstrate at your delivery and check it at every cleaning.
